Del Sur Trail
The intimate del Sur trails take you through our tropical gardens, fruit trees, and our little patch of native forest, to our pool deck, traditional Maya hut, contemplation cave, and meditation circle. It is a pleasant walk to enjoy birdwatching or simply unwind. We offer several kilometers of private hiking trails that wander through the forests of our private estate where you can see traces of where the ancient Maya lived, worked and worshiped over a thousand years ago.
Villas Trail
The Villas trails wind through several kilometers of the natural Yucatán forests, taking you far from people and modern civilization, but closer to the ancient civilization of the early Maya. Here you can see the remains of where the ancients lived, peer into the ancient water catchments, climb to the top of the montículos, and ponder what life was like here a thousand years ago. Sturdy shoes are recommended.
